Dear Chairperson, advisors and all respected committe members,

Namaste and good morning to you all. As you all know that the Gurung Society Kent UK (GSK) is intending to hold a Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) tomorrow (23rd January 2021).

Please note the following points:

  • First and foremost, would all EC members, please kindly attend this meeting.
  • Although this is a Zoom meeting we would like EC members to attend in smart Gurung dress, we fully appreciate that some of you may not have Gurung dress. So, we encourage you to attend in smart casual dress, Please!
  • The meeting will proceed around 10.00am. However, we are asking all EC members to join us at the earlier time of 09.30. Please be on time as we would like everyone to be present early so that we may start on time.
  • We would like our Secretary (Niroj Babu) to be able to take notes at this meeting and document any issues raised or addressed within.
